Fee Schedule

Thistleoaks is a non-profit child care centre, and this is reflected in our fee schedule. Fees are based on the number of days for which you child is enrolled. Fees are paid in full via automatic withdrawal from your bank account and are automatically withdrawn on a bi-weekly schedule.

Thistleoaks is proud to have enrolled and be a part of the Canada Wide Early Learning and Child Care plan (CWELCC). With its enrolment, Thistleoaks has reduced their January fees by 52.75% of our March 2022 fees. The enrolment of the plan covers a reduction of all base fees but does not include non-base fees such as NSF's or Late fees. We are excited to be part of a plan that increases access and supports families in finding quality affordable child care.

The below fee schedule is effective January 1st, 2023. All fees are per-day. We do not offer half-day care.

Registration fee: $100, due at time of registration, non-refundable, payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. 

Tuition deposit: One week of tuition is required at registration. The deposit is non-refundable. Once your child(ren) starts at Thistleoaks, the tuition deposit paid at registration will be applied against your first invoice.

 

Please note that Thistleoaks has closed our School Age and Before and After Programs and summer camp and will not Reopen.
